Muralistick believes in our product and we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

• Muralistick murals can be returned if they are 100% intact. Specifically, the mural pieces must not be peeled from the backing, and they must be in their original packaging to allow for restocking and resale.

• If the Muralistick arrives and it has been damaged in any way, please contact us immediately and we will replace it. Pictures of the damage will be greatly appreciated and help us to expedite your return and replacement.

We will refund the cost of your order within 30 days minus the cost of the shipping once the returned mural has been inspected by the Mural Quality Team and certified to be intact as described above.
